How Red Clay Logic handles what you send through this website.

Effective date: August 9, 2026. Last updated: October 21, 2026.

Information collected

When you submit the contact form, Red Clay Logic collects the details you provide, including your name, email address, the kind of help you need, an optional budget range, and your message.

The website may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, and security events through hosting, CDN, analytics, and server logs. The inquiry endpoint also keeps a temporary IP-based abuse counter in server memory; entries expire after the configured rate window (15 minutes by default), with cleanup once per minute.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used to evaluate the request, respond, scope potential work, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of project conversations. First-party conversion counts and operational logs are used to understand site usage, diagnose errors, protect the service, and improve the website.

Analytics, hosting, and email providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, and browser analytics. Cloudflare adds a browser beacon at the network edge to measure page views and page performance. Inquiry delivery uses Google Gmail in the current application configuration. Hosting and email providers process the technical information and message contents needed to deliver the website and respond to inquiries.

Conversion measurement and choices

This site counts primary actions, case-study visits, outbound project clicks, and contact-form starts, validation failures, successes, and failures. Only an approved event name is sent to this website’s server. No form values, URL query strings, persistent identifiers, cookies, or browser storage are used for these counts. Counts are held in server memory and written as aggregate totals to operational logs hourly. They reset when the server restarts. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these browser events; blocking JavaScript also prevents them.

Ordinary network requests still reach the hosting and CDN providers, which may process IP addresses and security information. Cloudflare may use request information for operational traffic and security reporting. These provider-side records are separate from the website’s conversion counter.

No sale of personal information

Red Clay Logic does not sell contact-form information and does not use inquiry details for cross-context behavioral advertising. Form contents, names, email addresses, and message text are not intentionally sent to analytics.

Retention

Inquiry emails and related project communications are retained while they are useful for responding, scoping, operating, legal, tax, or business-record purposes. Inquiry correspondence has no automatic deletion schedule in this website’s code. You can request deletion using the address below. Aggregate analytics and security logs are retained according to the settings of the hosting, CDN, analytics, and server providers.

Security and transmission limits

Red Clay Logic uses HTTPS and reasonable operational safeguards, but no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive regulated information through the inquiry form.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained when needed for legitimate business, security, legal, or operational reasons.
